The
famed New York steakhouse is making its mark on Vegas. Chef John
Schenk's scintillating menu includes prime cuts of beef charred to
perfection, accompanied by side dishes of black truffle creamed
spinach, goose fat potatoes, and creamed corn with pancetta. For
dessert, the decadent 24-Layer Chocolate Cake is a site to be
seen…and savored. Strip House redefines the traditional steakhouse
with a saucy mélange of sultry silks and vintage Studio Manasse
images adorning the walls.
Strip House was voted one of America's Greatest steakhouses by GQ
magazine in March 2006, won "Best Steak of the Year" by Citysearch
in 2006 & 2007, and was named one of the 10 Best American
