You’ll get lost in the beauty of the colorful canyons as you explore the scenery around each bend of the river at dusk. The sun setting behind the canyon walls, offers a colorful show of shadows and light that dance along the spectacular red rock cliffs. On your 36-mile journey you will enter a different world, gliding across the flat water with every bend of the river you will discover petroglyphs, an Indian granary, natural arches and beautiful scenery.

During the trip, you are encouraged to ask your guide questions as he or she explains the geology and history of the Moab, Utah area and Colorado River. You’ll learn about films and commercials made right here in the Canyonlands and team up with other passengers to find wildlife along the banks of the river. It’s a great way to beat the heat and enjoy our beautiful area.
